What are your service hours?We operate Monday through Friday. Pickup and delivery times vary based on location.

How do I schedule a pickup?You can conveniently schedule through loadsnsuds.com 24 hours a day. No account required! If you are in need of assistance, we will be glad to help. Contact us by text or phone.

What's your standard turnaround time?Our standard turnaround times are: Wash & Fold: 2 business days Dry Cleaning: 3-4 business days Alteration & Shoe Repairs: Up to 4 weeks Bridal Gown Preservation: Up to 6 weeks

What payment methods do you accept?We currently accept all major credit cards. Subscription plans are billed automatically. No cash payments accepted for the safety of our Laundry Valets.

Do you offer discounts?Yes! We have first time discounts and referral discounts.

Can I drop my items off to your store?Loads-N-Suds mainly focus on pickup and delivery directly to you doorstep. Unfortunately, only our South Florida-Delray location allows counter service at this time.

What's your cancellation policy?You can cancel up to 5 hours before your scheduled pickup (window). Late cancellations incur a fee (waived for plan holders).

Can I specify my laundry preferences?Yes! We track preferences for: Detergent (scented/unscented) Fabric softener Starch Special care instructions
